Per http://www.sanyalh.com/gjcx/gb007.asp (in Chinese), 杭州到上海浦东站8:00--19:20,日发10班 杭州到上海沪太路站6:40--18:20,20--40分钟一班,日发20班 1. From Hangzhou --> Shanghai Pudong Bus Station: 8:00--19:20. Total 10 buses every day. 2. From Hangzhou --> Shanghai Hutai Road (沪太路站) Bus Station: 6:40--18:20. Total 20 buses every day. Bus leaves every 20--40 minutes. |

Maybe too close to fly (about 110 miles). If you are at north side of Hangzhou, by the time you get to the airport (which is at southeast side of the city), you would be probably half-way into Shanghai already. I think the most popular way is either by train or by bus. D trains take about 1 hr 15 min for about 60 RMB. Buses leave from Hangzhou East Bus Station and take about 2 hrs for about the same price. |
